Melaney Card began her career at Grayson College in 2019. 

Prior to coming to Grayson, she spent six years as a contract Athletic Trainer for local high schools through Baylor Scott and White Hospital. 

Card obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Austin College in 2011, and received her Master's Degree in Athletic Training from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2013. She passed the national board in exam for Athletic Training that same year. 

While fulfilling her Athletic Training Duties, she is also the PHED Chair and Faculty Mentor for Kinesiology/Athletic Training, and is an American Heart Association CPR Instructor. 

Card and her husband have two daughters; Audrey and Marley. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, read and spend summers out on the lake.
